Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Larkmond LLC ("Larkmond", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with this website (the "Site") and the related communications and services we provide. By using the Site or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
Scope. This Policy applies to the Site at this domain. It does not apply to third-party platforms through which we may also do business — such as the Shopify- or Amazon-hosted storefronts where we sell products. Information you provide on those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms, together with any additional notice we provide at the point of collection.
1. Who we are
Larkmond LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Larkmond is the "controller" (or, under U.S. state privacy laws, the "business") responsible for the personal information handled under this Policy. You can reach us at info@larkmond.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
When you submit our contact form or otherwise correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which typically includes:
- Your name;
- Your email address; and
- The contents of your message and any information you include in it.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our web server and hosting infrastructure may automatically record limited technical information as part of its normal operation and security logging, such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you request, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, diagnostics, and to keep the Site running reliably.
2.3 Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics profiling. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts; to deliver those fonts, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details on how Google handles that data. Any strictly necessary cookies used to operate the Site are limited to that purpose.
2.4 Sensitive information and children
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us. The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, requests, and correspondence;
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- To discuss potential or existing business relationships, products, and engagements;
- To maintain records and manage our internal administration; and
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information under one or more of the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interests in responding to you, operating and securing the Site, and managing our business (balanced against your rights); the performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and compliance with a legal obligation.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:
- Service providers. Vendors who process information on our behalf under contract — for example, hosting and infrastructure providers that store contact-form submissions and serve the Site. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Larkmond, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction. Where you otherwise consent to or request the disclosure.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy — principally to respond to and maintain a record of our correspondence — and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data security
Personal information submitted through the Site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on infrastructure we operate and control, with access limited to authorized personnel. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9.1 General rights
- Access — request confirmation of whether we process your information and a copy of it;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Deletion — request that we delete your information;
- Objection / restriction — object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; and
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time (without affecting prior processing).
9.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it; the right to request deletion; the right to correct inaccurate information; and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. You may exercise these rights yourself or through an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
9.3 EEA, UK, and other regions
If you are in the EEA or UK, in addition to the rights above you have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the Site does not track users across third-party websites for advertising, we do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
11. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.

13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be indicated as appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
